Your order is subject to further validation checks we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
Animal Aids Limited reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative, given details of estimated delivery dates or given a full refund if applicable.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. We do not accept payment using American Express cards. Other card types may be excluded in the future without reference to customers. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
All credit and debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may also submit your name, address and any other personal details collected through the order process to a credit reference agency for further checks. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by said agency for future validation enquiries. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be accepted from and delivered to UK addresses unless prior approval has been sought from and offered by Animal Aids Limited.
Where you place an order for an age restricted product you confirm that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen) and that delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18 (eighteen). We reserve the right to cancel your order if we reasonably believe you are not legally entitled to order certain goods.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered then please inform us within 30 days of your receipt of the goods and we will be happy to exchange or refund the goods as long as the goods are in the same condition as they were received, unused and in their original packaging. Postage and packing charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty then special arrangements will be made, please email for details.We advise that if you are returning goods that you use a recordable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post / or via courier.
Colour reproduction
ridemore.co.uk has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
ridemore.co.uk has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. Prices existing on previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select goods from the web site and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate, chargeable at the current rate.
Promotions and prices you see in the Ridemore store do not apply to ridemore.co.uk and vice versa.
Occasionally an error may occur with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced. In such circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
If you are an account customer of Animal Aids Limited payment shall be made in full at the end of the month following the date of the supplied invoice. Time shall be of the essence for payment.
Title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price for the goods in full.
Delivery
Cost of delivery shall be informed to the customer at the point of ordering. Animal Aids Limited will seek to insure the value of every delivery to its full replacement cost. The method of delivery shall be at the discretion of Animal Aids Limited. Orders can only be accepted from and delivered to UK addresses unless prior approval has been sought from and offered by Animal Aids Limited.
No liablility will be accepted by Animal Aids Limited for any damage or losses caused by third party delivery providers or by manufacturing defects in the product supplied.
Delivery times quoted within the website or by any member of staff of Animal Aids Limited are estimates and should be taken as such. Animal Aids Limited will hold no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by reliance on such information.
We do not provide any unpacking, installation or fitting services upon delivery unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Animal Aids Limited.
You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery to take place. If delivery fails as a result of circumstances within your reasonable control the cost of any re-delivery shall be borne by you. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund to you the price that you have paid for the goods less the failed delivery costs.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Personal information provided by you may be held by Animal Aids Limited and may be used for marketing purposes. Customers who do not wish to be included in such marketing will be given the option to exclude their details. Personal information held by Animal Aids Limited will not be passed to third parties unless as stated elsewhere within these terms and conditions. Customers have the right to contact Animal Aids Limited for the amendment or removal of their details from our records at the registered office address stated below.
